Mrs. Addie Proffitt, 35 years of age, died at 11 o’clock last night near Ward in Boone County of tuberculosis. She had been ill for about six months. She is survived by her husband, Emery Proffit, four children and her father and mother, Mrs. Proffitt was formerly Miss Addie Emmert Lucas.
